What we collect

• Service data (saved jobs, applications, notes, tasks, alerts, notifications history, interview prep inputs you provide).
• Files/uploads and related metadata (filenames, storage paths, types, sizes).

• Cookies/local storage: necessary always; analytics/marketing where consented.

Why we use it

• To provide, maintain, personalize, and improve the service (contract/legitimate interest).

Sharing, sales & transfers

Retention

We retain personal data for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above. Account and service data are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter. Verification/reset tokens are short-lived. Materials you upload for interviews or preparation may be retained for at least 90 days after the related process. Longer retention may apply for legal, accounting, or legitimate business needs.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent. Certain uses based on legitimate interests or legal obligations may continue despite a request, where lawful. You can lodge a complaint with the ICO (UK) or other supervisory authority.

Marketing & analytics

Where required, we rely on consent for analytics/marketing cookies and for direct electronic marketing; in other cases we may rely on legitimate interests. You can opt out or change preferences via the consent banner or settings. Unsubscribe links will be honored.
